15 feet long 1 inch wide.The lowering line is used to lower a ruck sack from the parachute harness after the parachute has opened. It's equipped with a quick release clip so the trooper can jettison the pack when heading towards a hazard. When not in use it S folds into it's attached holder for easy storage.
This makes a great lead for dogs and horses. The quick release allows a disconnect without having to release the pressure of the collar first. This also makes a great deer drag and can be stowed in a vehicle to tow cars.
