USAF Master Navigator Wings obs socb new $40.00

Not marked. Very unusual three (3) piece construction. Wings appear to be obsolete OBSERVER with obsolete NAVIGATOR emblem added onto the O. STAR 7 WREATH are bonded to the back of the O.

I believe these to be factory made to fill contract. Definitely NOT a home project as they look too well done.
